Intercontinental Commerce Corporation is a finance savvy company whose core objective is to help our clients succeed in funding their projects in challenging markets. Unlike most investors and finance institutions, ICC provides years of experience, broad professional expertise, and creative finance ideas to our services. By relieving some of the burden to locate financing for their projects, our clients can focus more on the success of their business. This is especially beneficial in markets where great projects cannot take advantage of local bank finance products because the costs to use these banks are too prohibitive in many emerging market climates.

Our goal is to make each project a reality. We are committed to use every approach to bring a project idea from its conception, to obtaining funds and implementation. ICC’s purpose is to leverage our relationships with U.S. and other International banking, import/export credit agencies, and other funding sources to bring 100% financing and investment for our clients’ projects.

ICC uses its relationships with U.S. and other international banking and financial institutions to locate financing for your project.  As most often with the case, banks do not provide 100% financing.  If your project fits our criteria, ICC may take an equity position by providing the needed cash investment, place risk and credit insurance, conduct a feasibility study and along with a conventional bank loan to bring 100% financing and investment to your project.  ICC also provides financial consulting services to find financing and or to raise the necessary investments required to implement your project.

To start we just need the following information:

1.       Name of Project and precise location

2.       Full Name and business address of the obligor or authorized representative who will sign the agreements and loan documents.

3.       Brief description (one pager is sufficient).

4.       Total amount of funds required to complete the project. 

NOTE: ICC is not interested in funding projects piece meal  or in stages.  Rather we are more interested in obtaining sufficient funds to complete the project in order that full implementation will ensure sufficient cash flow to any return on investments. 

5.       Any additional supporting documents that you may feel is relevant.  If a project is concerning real estate or a factory to be constructed on a certain property, please indicate the status of the land, ie is it free and clear, leased and/or if there are permits already in place.

ICC will conduct complete due diligence, feasibility and technical studies, develop the master plan and obtain political, construction, and credit risk insurance. The exact amount of funding for the project will be determined upon completion of the feasibility study based on recommendations from the financial experts.
